    Went to the Pasta making class last night with my girlfriend. We absolutely loved it. Would 100% recommend to anybody with an interest in Italian food/cooking. Paola was very engaging, helpful and attentive with the whole class throughout. We'll definitely return to try another class.

    Brilliant workshop , well organised , nice venue , and lots of fun. Paola and her mum are excellent hosts . A nice way to spend a few hours with a couple of drinks , some lovely Italian cured meats and cheese . We ate the pasta we made ( with pesto I made at home ) and it was very very good !

    A friend and I came on a Friday night to do the cannoli-making workshop and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with plenty of work space for everybody. The instructor Paola is welcoming, kind and friendly, and makes sure to chat with everybody, popping around to check if anyone needs help or extra tips, and sharing snippets of Italian culture along the way. Her mother also assists with the class and is lovely. Ingredients and equipment are all prepared, so you can concentrate on the actual making process. It's a really nice way to understand how something is made from scratch without the stress of admin and cleaning that you would have at home. A wide selection of drinks (soft, alcohol and hot) are available at the beginning. Partway through, while the dough was resting, we had some very tasty and generous aperitivo boards filled up with prosciutto, salami, sundried tomatoes, fresh bread and mozzarella. Completely delicious. That was served alongside a second drink. Water is also available throughout. We finished the night with boxes of lots of fresh cannoli (crispy pastry shells stuffed with sweetened ricotta and toppings) to take home. And you are of course encouraged to try your cannoli during the workshop! Well worth the price and a really fun evening. It would be a perfect gift for someone who enjoys cooking or just food in general. I definitely want to go back to try another workshop!

    Fantastic experience this weekend with Paola and team! Class was delivered in a relax manner with plenty of detail and 1:1 support when needed. Drink on arrival, fantastic Italian snacks/further drink during the break and of course pasta to take home and enjoy! Highly recommend!

    Cannot recommend enough. Paola, her Mum and pup were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Paola is a great teacher, I really enjoyed the information she shared as well as the practical aspect of the intro to pasta workshop. Drinks and delicious food included, couldn’t ask for much more. Hope to return for other classes soon.
