3 orders placed online, payment taken and confirmation email received. Then advised by Florist Co the florist do not deliver in the areas provided on the order (poorly designed website) simply given 2 websites to go on and re-order. It would have been a real inconvenience for James at Florist Pro to simply transfer my order to another Florist. Customer service at its poorest. Please avoid using them to build your website. The Florist advised me they pay Florist Pro a lot to maintain the site. Florists please spend your hard earned cask elsewhere who understand the word resolve!
