Elliott saved the day! After a week with no hot water and some exorbitant quotes from other local plumbers, he was able to replace the faulty boiler part in a few minutes (and at a low cost). We will continue to use this company for all boiler servicing and future plumbing issues.

Avoid using this company at all costs. Work was not completed to code and responses to action points from the builder inspector have been either unprofessional or non-existent. Toilet is almost permanently blocked and, due to apparent disregard for building regulations, there is no easy access to pipework to clear blockages.

FloRise installed a new boiler in our house and replaced all of the radiators, including installing some new ones. Throughout the whole process they were an absolute pleasure to deal with - always courteous, professional and responded promptly in any communication. Elliot was very knowledgeable and great at problem solving in order to get radiators exactly where we wanted them - when there was an issue with the size of cylinder he immediately committed to resolve it to our satisfaction. Overall I couldn't recommend FloRise enough and would be very happy to use them again.
