I believe Florence have nothing to offer the new employees. if you have jobs/shifts have you claim you can't keep wasting people's time with these lame excuses and you get all the information/documents you need from people and you keep mute after completing my registration with you, I believe this is not acceptable by law, you people should be ashamed of the way you treat new employees. Sorry that one star review need to be returned because you don't deserse a half of that Thank you

STAY AWAY! Awful company. Withholding payments.I worked a shift since the 5th of January and you are yet to pay me! It's been 4 month, 4 MONTHS! You are now not responding to me so I'm getting in touch with ACAS. UPDATE! Florence replied to my review asking me to email over a month ago and never responded and I still haven't been paid. I have emailed multiple people at Florence and not a single response. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE? THE WORST! They are rude and saucy, hung up on me multiple times while literally begging to have this resolved. I really don't understand what type of sick company this is! I have opened my case about this. My advise, AVOID AT ALL COST!

I started the onboarding process 3 months ago and STILL have not been fully registered. I have a screenshot from 2 weeks ago stating my application was FULLY complete and spoke to a team member to confirm that is definitely the case. Then after all the hassle to finally get onboard, days later they took the application 2 steps back and requested for my ID and interview AGAIN even though it had been approved. I've been back and forth with different advisors countless of times and they all say different things. You're encouraged to pay for DBS even though they are aware they won't be on boarding you anytime soon. Just be honest, it saves everyone's time. I've been very understanding over the weeks as I can appreciate it must be a very busy time for the team, but this is seriously concerning and also seems quite dodgy from the other reviews.

So far I had the worst Experience with customer service trying to join the agency . There is no means of communication other than live chat and the chat is barely answered and when it’s answered ,it is not helpful at all , then they close the chat.If you still need an answer to your question, you will have to open another chat , wait another one or two days For the answer that you will never get. Joining this agency is very difficult and complicated due to lack Customer support.

Takes them extremely long time to just "review" the references from previous employers although they confirmed the received them...almost impossible to speak over phone and chats or emails are even more useless when after about a day or two is being answered....not "helpful" by even 1 inch.... If you're relying on this to work soon....don't. ....it will take a very long time to have "reviewing" of references checked even if taken fews mins to check it to real life or other employers....this agency takes ages for this..... so the caring levels for their joining or rejoining staff are at lowest. .. it isn't what it used to be.....if i can give 0 stars i would ...as this is what they deserve right now...
