AVOID! I went in to the store on Saturday to first be ignored whilst they spoke between themselves then finally acknowledged me. I asked for a bunch of flowers to be made up as I had a larger budget so wanted more. Instead of being told sorry we are so busy today we wont be able to accommodate at such short notice I was told "you must be joking on the busiest day of the year". This was a day before mothers day and only 1 other person in store besides myself. I was mortified by the response and proceeded to say "I normally pop in to florists and they're able to accommodate so I just assumed" she was so rude! Laughed and said find me a florist that can do that for you love i've made all these bunches this morning take your pick. If it was that easy I would have, I had a larger budget so wanted something a lot bigger which they did not have made up. Customer service is key it was the first and last time I enter that shop! There is a way to speak to your customers! The customer behind me left with me after I called her rude think her name was Sarah. As the customer was conversing with me and said he wont be coming back here he's bee put off, she chased me to my car shouting! Which a by stander recorded and I will be sharing this also! Never have I experienced anything as such, she was rude and abrupt and has no customer service skills! Also shouted "I'm not 21 like you I'm 40 and have better things to do" made my day as infact I'm 35 and have a lot more manners than you and know how to speak to people. Well Sarah you asked to find you a florist who could accommodate.. Well I DID! Actually the shop was that BUSY I expected to be turned away instead I was greeted in such a polite manner and nothing was an issue for them. They went above and beyond! Created the most beautiful bouquet and cheaper than my budget. Thank you Blooms the Florist Oldbury for restoring my faith!
