Terrible employer. No one lasts beyond a week let alone a month. If you last 6 you'll be forced out so they don't have to pay you more. To top it off, they're trying to make everyone learn the counterbalance truck and other extras for no extra money. Literally taking the pee.

Just want to praise Floplast customer service. There is a soil manifold installed in the internal soil stack of my house at first floor level. The bathroom is undergoing a major reorganisation and refit and somehow, two of the rubber waste pipe seals got pulled out and were dropped down into the ground floor pipe boxing, which is inaccessible. The related blanking caps disappeared long ago. I spent hours searching the internet late last week trying to find a supplier that stocked these two components but could not find anyone offering both plugs and seals. So, I rang Floplast direct and was told that they could supply them to me . When I asked how much I owed them, they said there would be no charge as a gesture of goodwill. That was Friday 19th. Today, a jiffy bag has arrived containing two plugs and two seals. Fantastic! Great service - well done Floplast.
