I can’t really give a review on the floor as it hasn’t even reached that stage that!! Communication is very poor! Don’t even bother to get back to you after they arrange a survey to be done. Emailed them a week after they surveyed my home as they did not send me the quote yet! No response I then called and the lady said she’ll look in to it and get back to me I am still waiting over 2 weeks later! So if you have time to keep chasing them up for a quote by all means go with company. Shame really as they seemed to be good from the reviews and there website! Not happy and when they do eventually If they send me the quote don’t think I’d be going with them can’t imagine how long it would take to get the floor laid or if there was a problem after how long it would take to get it sorted!
