Fantastic Customer Service!!! Couldn't be happier! I am having my new bathroom fitted and had everything but the floor. I didn't realise the floor needs to be fitted first so I was desperate. So I would of had my fitter waiting for floor I didn't have. I popped into their shop in Rowley on the way home from work, half an hour before they shut on the off chance they had what I wanted. I was met by Tony, who was so friendly and helpful. I immediately felt welcome and knew I was in good hands. I was after LVT flooring and Tony showed me what they had in the colour I wanted and he also sorted me a really great price. He didn't have the stock in the shop but because he knew I was desperate he called his supplier and had him drop it to him on his way home and then Tony delivered it to me after he finished work the same night!! I had it within 2 hours of being in there. I am completely blown away! What a guy! I don't write reviews very often but I'm so grateful I had to share my experience! That was amazing customer service! 👏 Well done mate! Thanks Tony 😊
