Mark and Richard were great. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. They came over promptly to measure up and provide a quote. Left me samples to consider too. In terms of work, they came a day early to bring the carpets into my house, fit underlay and remove all the existing carpet. The following day, they fitted the carpets throughout my house. I will gladly use them again

Mark and James spent three days with us completely refurbishing our hall, stairs and landing. They did an excellent job, ran ahead of schedule due to their work ethic and plenty of effort. We would definitely recommend them. The job conducted included; filling, lining, wall papering, glosswork, painting doors and carpeting (and probably a lot of other stuff I missed). I was so happy with this company. They conducted themselves with utmost professionalism and really went the extra mile. They travelled to get to me and came twice. The first time was cancelled as carpet right had got the sizes wrong. Mark was really understanding and helped me sort it out. Then they came today to work. They moved all my furniture (that I couldn’t move myself) and worked really well. They even sorted a cupboard that I didn’t mention as it had a dryer and large cupboards in. I wont hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again Floors and 4 Walls
