We purchased from here 3 years ago, and it was the same then. The guy was great when we went to purchase and pay in full, but when we tried to make contact after delivery, customer care disappeared. We gave the measurements for the floor that were given to us by the flooring team. The whole of the ground floor. The shop worked out how much flooring we needed. However, they miscalculated and did not deliver enough. The flooring team confirmed this. Also, there was some damage on delivery, so photos were taken and emailed as it says you have to, but nothing in response. It was hard work trying to get extra to match so we could get it finished,, and they were really unhelpful, It ended up costing us as we had to pay for fitters to return and purchase an extra pack to cover damage which eventually, my hubby collected it from the warehouse round the corner. I felt they had a policy of zero aftercare. Every time i rang, the person was never available !! Really. The 2 women who worked there at the time were fielding calls, and i eventually went in and guessed what the person was there. He'd just got back!!!!! Even if they had said sorry we gave you a pack short and we can get it here next week, and look at damage later that would have been fine, but nothing. We gave up trying as we just wanted to relax and enjoy our new space, but of course, this is what they hope everyone will do. It's such a shame because the product is still down, but because of their lack of customer care skills, I wouldn't return.
