After unsuccessfully attempting to re-oil my hall way parquet floor, I contacted Ricky who came out and suggested a complete re-sand, which I wasn’t sure about due to the size of the area. I’m glad he did though as the finished product is amazing. Ricky managed to sand & seal the whole area in one day, and on his suggestion, took off the dark oak finish and restored the wood to its original colour. What a difference it has made, it has really lightened up the hall way. There was no mess, I could walk on it within two hours and I’ve ended up with a really professional looking finished floor. Very pleased.

Ricky and Jamie came to fit parquet and engineered floors. They worked really hard over the weekend to get the job finished and the quality of the workmanship was generally fine, but there were a number of issues that could have been easily resolved, such as a broken mirror, a door that was not re-hung and a few gaps that needed re-filling. Instead, I've been shouted at, sworn at and accused of being mentally ill, all for raising a complaint. It seems a shame.
