    We were recommended Floor Street by my son and went to the shop. We wanted herringbone flooring. From the moment we went into the shop, the service was excellent. They weren't pushy and gave us alot of information regarding different colours and sorts of flooring and we put an order in for some beautiful oak laminate in a herringbone style. The flooring was kept for us until it was ready to be installed and Alex gave us a contact to fit it. The installation was absolutely excellent attention to detail by a fitter by the name of Balford. We'd recommend Floor Street to anyone. They also do carpet so will be visiting them again to check out their carpet range. Rav

    Experience was going well till I needed to return additional skirting boards which had been ordered and paid for from their own measurements. Originally they wanted to charge £30 collection fee and then when collected I was told to send through my bank details for the refund to which I was then informed I needed ti come to store. Wasting more of my time. The store is half hour drive for me so a your of my time used to receive my refund for their own issue. Flooring is not as good a quality as I has thought and very easily chips. Man in the store was so rude when I said how disappointed I was that I had to come to store to receive my refund. And he literally replied OK. Rude and not the best quality. Bang on about world class service …. I do not believe answering a customer with OK is world class customer service, it’s rude. Nor expecting a customer to waste more of her time to receive a refund when you originally measured and made a mistake. Will not recommend nor use again. Finally skirting is over priced and poor quality. It is sold as primed but it’s actually wrapped in a vinyl :/

    Great service! Alex and Tony were superb! Moved into a new build and ordered all flooring through floor street. Ordered in advance (8 months) and once we knew completion date we were able to schedule in fitting. As the kitchen/bathrooms were already fitted, thought it would be an issue but no, the attention to detail is next level (even did the utility cupboard!). We chose not to get the skirting boards removed but trims added instead (again different colour trims available). Have received so many compliments on the flooring. So many options in store and were able to find something within our budget, that was great quality and luxury feel. Alex is always great at responding to DMs and queries before and after the purchase. Thank you!
