We’re so glad we found Charles as he explained everything so clearly to us and managed to fit us in within days. He also took the time to explain different methods and Marshall, who came to do our floor gave us a great option which meant it only took one day so we were able to walk on it that evening. we went from a stained (black in some places) floor to a shiny one that looks brand new. I would 100% recommend Them!
