To paint picture, I recently moved into a new place and found this parquet flooring underneath the carpet. Majority of the tiles around the edges were loose, with some missing and the colours has clearly lost it's shine. The floor was damaged with bumps, scratches and some pieces were simply beyond repair. I am so incredibly happy to have found Charles and his team. They fixed all the remaining pieces and when I said they sanded they floor, they honestly did more than that. There was a moment where the floor was genuinely so soft and the gentleman said it was still very coarse! I don't think this review can truly express the amazing job that has been done. They made my floor level and completely brand new and by the time they finished sanding, did I truly know how smooth a floor can actually be. They finished with this lovely varnish that brought the floor back to life. Thank you so much Charles and the team, they answered all my questions and concerns, provided reassurance all the way and even after the job was completed. They were so professional, funny and polite. I cannot recommend them enough and if I ever need more floor work done, they would be the first I'd reach out to!

Charles and his team have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process from the initial contact until even after our floors has been polished, as Charles takes the time out to answer any questions. He is so approachable, friendly and efficient. Our floors look completely brand new- they have truly worked their magic! We are absolutely in love. We had our chimney removed and Charles and the team diligently and attentively laid the new tiles in place of the chimney. We will whole heartedly recommend to everyone!
