Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Floor Sanding Experts Ltd. Unprofessional Service and Unresolved Damage. I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Floor Sanding Experts. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by this company is utterly appalling. Not only did they damage my beautiful floors, but they have also failed to provide any reasonable form of compensation or resolution for their mistakes. From the outset, the evaluation process was riddled with problems. This immediately set the tone for what would turn out to be a disastrous project. Despite assuring me of their expertise, the workers displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and care. The workers mishandled the sanding, resulting in numerous deeply exposed sections of the floors. They went too deep with sanding. Their reckless actions clearly demonstrated a complete disregard for my property and a lack of basic craftsmanship skills. I was left in disbelief as I witnessed the destruction of something that held immense sentimental value. Upon discovering the extent of the damage, I promptly contacted Floor Sanding Experts to seek resolution and compensation for their incompetence. However, instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they resorted to evasive and unhelpful responses. The director is uncooperative, and even went as far as denying any wrongdoing on their part. It was evident that their primary concern was profit, rather than rectifying the situation or maintaining customer satisfaction. Despite numerous attempts to engage in meaningful dialogue, they have failed to address my concerns or provide any satisfactory resolution. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes is deeply disheartening and unprofessional. As a result, I am left with damaged floors that require extensive repairs, which will undoubtedly incur significant additional costs of £5,000+ I strongly caution anyone considering using Floor Sanding Experts to think twice. Their lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable and irresponsible choice. The damage caused to my floors is a constant reminder of the negligence I encountered throughout this ordeal. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering their services. I implore FloorSandingExperts to reflect on their actions, improve their customer service practices, and take genuine responsibility for the damage they have caused. We booked to get our living room and hallway flooring done. After our initial appointment being missed to unforeseen circumstances on their end, we had they come in next day. I must say Ivan who came to do our floors did a fantastic job, was honest, fair and very experienced. He made us forget about the mishap that happened and offered to do our landing and step which we weren’t quoted for to make up for everything. Great work Ivan left us very pleased. 5 stars go to you.

Really great experience with Floor Sanding Experts! Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and friendly, and they were kind enough to put several quotes together for me while we decided which rooms we wanted to go for. The job was done very quickly and we are very happy with the results! Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately several bags of sawdust and materials were left behind in our garden
