Avoid this place at all costs! I overpaid them in good faith when we weren't sure of the full extent of the job. Since completion of the works several months ago they have refused to refund me. To compound the issue the quality of the job was horrendous and the floor is buckling. What a cowboy outfit these guys are. Go with a trusted floor fitter instead.

Sonny was very responsive to my initial emails and even let us know during the day he was running late. He was knowledgeable during the quote and left behind the product brochure for us to choose the floor and said we'd have a quote within a week. We didn't hear anything so chased this after around 10 days over several emails, I even spoke to someone over the phone who promised Sonny would be in touch. Nothing. I was completely ghosted and have never heard from the company since. If you don't want the work, say this upfront at the appointment or at least have the courtesy to email. Don't waste people's time choosing the product and waiting around for a quote. It's just plain rude.

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Had a quote from another local carpet fitter which seemed expensive, so spoke to Floor Plan as well to compare. Next day we had a quote, half the price of the other company. Got a slot booked in, a week earlier than the other company could do, and they turned up and installed the carpet expertly on the day in rapid time. Nice people, great service and well priced. They were also able to fit our bathroom floor whilst installing the carpet elsewhere in the house. Highly recommended.

The customer service at Floor Plan is second to none. I had my entire house recarpeted over 2 years ago with Floor Plan [the service then was great too] but a few days ago I called them to say that in a couple of places the carpet had started to pull away from the sides and needed to be re-fitted slightly. They immediately sent someone along, who did a fantastic job at no extra cost! I would recommend Floor Plan anytime! Great job :-)

The customer service here is absolutely shocking. I paid almost £1300 for a bedroom carpet including a sum of money to remove and replace the furniture. The fitters were careless and damaged my newly decorated walls, skirting boards and front of wardrobe. When confronted the owner called me a lunatic, threatened me with court proceedings and still has not informed me of how I should make an official complaint. Deeply saddened and the carpet fitting isn’t even perfect! Never mind the damage caused.

Felt we got honest advice rather than trying to sell us something more expensive. Fitters were very tidy and efficient, the carpets look great and were fairly priced.
