Posted on behalf of Tim & Judith from Whixley We only moved into the area six months ago and decided to replace the old flooring in our new house. We did a bit of research and visited several local laminate flooring and carpet stockists. When we entered Floor Design Wetherby, we knew this was our sort of place - the showroom is well laid out and there’s plenty of choice with a wide price range. All the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, from Chris, who came to measure up, to Joe in the showroom. We were able to borrow several good sized samples to bring home, which proved very useful in helping us to make decisions. Nothing was too much trouble and we much appreciated Joe’s patience! We are delighted with the Quickstep laminate flooring laid in the conservatory and hall - Paul, the fitter, did a great job. Carpets were fitted in the sitting room, dining room, four bedrooms, stairs and landing by Jordan, Neil and Karl. They worked hard to complete the job in one day and were helpful and polite at all times. All in all, we are delighted with our new flooring and thoroughly recommend Floor Design Wetherby for the excellent service provided by great staff and fitters. Tim and Judith (Whixley)
