I placed an order with Floom at 12.50pm for same day delivery and the bouquet was delivered at 3.20pm. Fabulous service! The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful and just like the picture on the website (unlike some larger places I've ordered from before where bouquets are no more than sad buds). I ordered from Floom because I wanted to support local, independent businesses, and I'm very happy I did. full marks.

I am very dissatisfied with my recent floral purchase through Floom and will not be using them again. As an American dealing with a British company, the 9 hour time difference with California made it difficult to get in touch with their customer service team. Although I attempted to use their messaging service, I received responses from different people, and unfortunately, none of them were able to resolve my issue. To begin with, there was a mistake with the delivery date, and despite requesting to cancel the order, it was not canceled. I then received the flowers a day after my mother's birthday, which was the reason for my cancellation request. Unfortunately, when the flowers did arrive, they were not fresh. My mother immediately contacted the florist and informed them that the flowers were old. The roses were yellow at the top, the baby eucalyptus was starting to wilt, and the water was already brown. I had paid $135 for the arrangement, but it was not worth the price as the flowers were not fresh. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and inability to resolve the issue has left me feeling unsatisfied. Also the fact that they offered to refund me, and did not refund me because they have different people handling your case through email support is upsetting. I hope that you can learn from my experience instead of learning the hard way.
