My contract was up for renewal-been with flogas for the best part of 15 years plus as they took over my previous suppliers-they came back with a extortionate cost-they never responded to my emails. So we went to a third party lpg save and they came back with a far better price-however it was with flogas.I put a order in on 19/3/23 tank at 20% with a lead time of 14 working days last day being 02/04/23. i phoned Friday 31/3/23 to be told it would be delivered Sunday-no show-phoned Monday and Tuesday this week and still have no date and our tank has less than 10% gas. I would have moved to another supplier and strongly recommend staying away from Flogas.They have doubled their prices and however their customer service is shocking.Sadly there are only 3/4 key suppliers in LPG and us customers cannot go anywhere else.

Ordered gas 17 th of jan ,we are on priority because we have elderly and disabled live with us ,was promised 26th feb no show after numerous phone calls they promise to phone back never did every time iPhoned they used the excuse that tree tanker had broke down although I seen it on the next street ,after having a long discussion with customer services because I had run out of gas no heating hot water or cooking facilities ,they promised it would be delivered today just come back from 12 hours caring no gas again 3rd delivery date I’m absolutely worn out keep having to phone ,already put a complaint no one emails phone s or updates you flogas you need to sort your business out disgusting service 😡

The worst company I have ever dealt with! I'm being over charged, I asked why? and was laughed at down the phone and was told "because we can!" Awesome. Got a txt message at 6pm informing me of a next day delivery, rang the following morning took 40 mins to get through, cancelled the order. (oh yes, I've been moved to 28 day top ups now that my price has gone up by 25%, but with no discussion with me) 40 Mins later the delivery arrived trying to top me up!! Rang back, and I was told that driver was already on the road and wouldnt see the cancelation in time! WHAT!!!! How do I budget my energy bills? You sent a txt out AFTER your business has finished for the day, I ring first thing in the morning and its too later for the delivery driver to see????? I asked to speak to a customer care rep, I was told this would take up to two weeks to get a call back. Three weeks later still hadn't heard from anybody. Rang back waited nearly an hour to get through, to be told someone would ring me back. A further two weeks later and still no call. Seems rather pointless now! Why complain to company thats customer care team is just as poor as the rest of the business. Oh yeah there is no lid on my tank, each delivery guy has written it down and also two corrosion test chaps have logged it, but after two years do I have a lid on my tank??? NOPE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute joke of a company. Signed up with them specifically on the basis that I could rest easy as they would monitor and send me a delivery whenever I was running short. Well the upshot was I ran out of gas 3 times in 18 months. They cancel orders they placed without explanation and no urgency to get a supply to you this is on top of a 40 minute wait time to get through to them if you do have a problem. Avoid at all costs.
