They are absolutely useless, without gas over Christmas and my delivery of gas did not come yesterday, so without gas again. After over an hour waiting on the phone yesterday, finally got through , they were rude and unhelpful and could not tell us when our gas will come. Do not use this company, they could not careless about their customers.

Shocking service and lack of easy communication. I placed an order for delivery last Friday - no delivery when I called today to chase delivery I got nowhere other than being told that an email will be sent and I will have to wait another 2 days - why why why ? All I want to do is speak to someone who knows about my delivery that I want today - not good

Web site says Fawley open, not open for bottle exchange, no direct contact number, free phone number for 10 mins,before speaking to a bored operator. No personal skills. Big company syndrome ( don't give a dam about their customers) Time to change company. This one is shocking. About time these review sites gave a star less rating.
