Rip Off Prices & Poor Follow-up Customer Service / Response They cold called me to offer to do a system check. Salesman arrives, not an engineer & emphasises that my inverter would not be lasting much longer and it should be replaced. He offered a price followed by the best absolute price. I foolishly accepted the offer before researching correct costings. He then sold me 3 batteries at the best price possible! Installers arrived promptly to install the system, but their placement of equipment was untidy and also left the property with both the high voltage isolator switches not screwed up. Documentation for the inverter was also not handed over. The next morning, the system tripped the breakers and so they had to come back to fix the problem. They also improved the placement of equipment & sent over a link for the missing inverter manual which was not for the inverter that they installed! To date, I have not received the correct documentation. Customer support was very basic and no apologies were ever given. I decided to research the cost of the equipment which they had installed and received like for like quotes which were substantially lower than what I had paid for both the inverter & batteries. I challenged them on their prices & they said the companies did not offer all the guarantees and protection that they were offering, plus an annual service. Even so, there should not be a difference of about £3,000! I recommend anyone who uses this company to first get information of the equipment that they are quoting for & then research like for like quotes to avoid being ripped off like I was. I feel stupid and very annoyed with myself for trusting this company and allowing them to rip me off .

Dreadful communication. Engineers do not turn up as agreed. We have telephoned the main office number numerous times and often it is not answered for a day at a time. Really disappointed. *** I am reporting this on behalf of my mother. This is NOT a fake review. Interesting how you respond to negative reviews with hostility and excuses, yet do not answer your office phones ***

Phoned these guys up after being constantly let down by Eon and their sub-contractor Solar Style from June,, within ten days from phone call these storage batteries were installed and working on the 23rd very quick turn around , hassle free and very professional customer service,installer polite and knowledgeable ,very neat and tidy installation [see attatched photos]excellent service from FloEnergy

If you want customer after care service from this company then forget it! They have badly let me down. An engineer didn't turn up a few weeks ago as he wasn't given any addresses for his calls so I wasted a Saturday waiting in. I stayed in last Friday waiting for a cable to be delivered - it didn't turn up. The cable was supposed to be delivered today - my Husband waited in while I went to a life changing hospital appointment on my own but it didn't turn up. I rang the company and they said the engineer is bringing it with him - they could not be bothered to ring me and let me know. I always have had to do the chasing - they never ring back

I was researching solar panels for a few weeks and randomly found FloEnergy. I was contacted by Ric who was very helpful and understanding of what I required in a system. He came back to me within a week with a solution and a quote. The quote was very reasonable compared to others I've heard discussed in conversation, so I bit the bullet. I've just had the system installed by Jason and Rich, who were very perfessional and fun to have around. They were very respectable of my home and were completed within a day. Everything was explained and our system works perfectly. I didn't feel under presure throughout the process at any time and Ric was very patient with my constant questions before my purchase. Great company, thank you to all the team.

Good price but that’s the only good thing. System is working now but… survey was wrong and suggested 12 panels we now have 16 larger panels, communication was terrible almost non-existent unless they wanted money, nothing was done on time, people didn’t turn up multiple times with no notice, other people turned up unannounced, gave us false information about DNO paperwork submissions which I’ve confirmed with the DNO. There are many more things I could add here, sadly cannot recommend the company. Only reason for 2 stars is price we paid for the system was good, customer service and the survey let them down.
