    We were messed around by this company from the start & whenever there was an issue with the system the buck was always passed to someone else they did not take responsibility for the issues. The customer service was appalling with no one answering the phone to help. We had to source help from another company in the end to resolve our latest issue

    This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They fitted an access control system at my gym. They were over a month late on installation. The system worked intermittently at best. This final time of the access control failing I’ve had to get another company to fix it as Flockchain are unresponsive. Do not use this company for any access control installations.
