    So pleased to have found a local class in Herne Bay! Lucy is lovely and so welcoming, you can tell she puts a lot of time and effort into planning each class. I like how it’s not just another yoga flow, she weaves in philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mudras and her teaching is very considered and authentic. Recommend for beginners and experienced yogis alike, nice balance of challenge and relaxation.
