This is the 4th time we have used Flixton sawmill. Service is above and beyond Polite friendly. Mile's cheaper than lots of places around. Would not hesitate to recomend them to anyone the products they build are really strong and well built. Don't go anywhere else.

Ordered a 6ft garden bench, delivered flat packed with no fixings, to be fair, delivered later that day, only some screws were missing. We returned to the site for replacement parts and were given a completely new pack, only to find it was for the wrong product!! 2 further visits to the site also gave wrong parts!!! Following a phone call, and being made to feel like an incompetent female, my husband rang and following a heated complaint Flixton Sawmill sent someone to our house to build the bench for us. Discovering that some of the fixings were missing, they took the product back to site and later that day returned it built. This fiasco took almost a week to sort. Very disappointed, will not use again.
