The only positive thing about this company as to why they recieved one star … is that they have lovely facilities. It’s a shame as they don’t use it to its full potential. I wouldn’t recommend this school for children from BAME groups. As there is zero representation or role models for BAME … through the staff and pupils. I recommend looking around at other schools in Birmingham before sending your BAME child here. I was training to be a coach here and the treatment that I recieved was not the same as the Caucasian counterparts. Me and the other trainee were constantly messed around … we’re both given the smallest jobs to do even-though we were both ‘supposed’ to be training. Then again the business is mostly family ran… we both knew instantly that we wouldn’t have fitted in. I immediately felt out of place once realising that there wasn’t any representation for ethnic groups here. The children do basic repetitive activities and aren’t often pushed to their full potential. Most of the staff members aren’t very enthusiastic or encouraging to the kids. Decent if you just want your kids to burn a little bit of energy or if you would like a little local run around for your kids . Not much structure or professionalism at all.
