Very rude staff, my son was thrown by a special child in front of the staff and they were not even coming forward to help him, yesterday just because we forgot to put on socks one of the staff jasmine she got very rude and asked us to leave the session otherwise she will cancel our membership. Nil management input. Nil ethics in the staff. Speciall staff jasmine such an unprofessional staff. Not safe to take your child in this flipout

Amazing staff at the climbing area. Observed how Tiffany was giving the preparatory talk to the children before the climb and then guiding the children who were needing assistance when stuck and when coming off especially to my nephew who was climbing for the first time. Considerate, personal service seeing from the point of view of the child.
