Went here mid week during term time, was extremely quiet. There was around 7-8 staff lurking around and the girls at reception who looked like they should be at school were pulling faces and laughing when I approached to query something. 1 Asian guy was lovely. Bumper cars were not open apparently but I sensed laziness. Would not go again because of the customer service. Go kid-space instead. Train the girls with some manners or tell them to go back to school to learn some.

We received exceptional customer service from Omari, who greeted us with a smile and explained everything about our Flip Out experience. I bought my son here today. The place is run by teens who do not understand customer service. I paid for a 3 hour session with the plan to spend lots of 1 to 1 time with my son. Half way through the session we stopped for food. I ended up sitting for a little over an hour waiting for our 3 slices of pizza whilst my son went off any played. It wouldn’t be so bad if I had ordered meals but for 3 slices of pizza, it’s ridiculous. It wasn’t really to the 1:1 time I was hoping for and I could have just paid for a £2 spectator ticket. Apart from the customer service and wait for food, there were lots of activities on offer and my son really enjoyed himself which is the main thing. We would probably come back but with very different expectations.

3 stars solely for Tanae, hope I spelled it right. My cousin hurt herself whilst skating and Tanae responded very fast and got us an ice pack! Thank you! The reason I knocked it down two stars is because there was only ONE bumper car working, and the bouncing place is VERY dusty! Please clean up

we went to flip out croydon to celebrate end of an era and upon arrival it was closed. we had looked online and on their website to make sure it was open, ans all said yes. very disappointed, now we are at box park spending our money here instead 😪

We came here for my sons birthday and it was a fantastic experience! The staff made it such an extra special experience from start to finish. My son really was made to feel special!
