Worst surveyor I've encountered. FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE. My partner used them because of how they market themselves as a family run company who cares and looks after its customers. could not be further from the truth. a survey was carried out in November, outlined they would review all uncovered flooring. they totally missed woodworm which had been there for 8 to 10 years. the next surveyor we paid said he must have been a blind man doing the survey. we contacted Steve the surveyor, Jonathan gledhill his boss, and eventually ended up dealing with oliver moorhouse who was an absolute complete waste of space. at first they said sorry but we're not doing anything about it, so naturally we made a complaint. they told us to get a pca registered company to prove the woodworm was there and had been active at inspection, so we did. they then said they would pay for repairs, we obtained a quote and they went back on their word, saying they didn't think it would cost that much, remember these are supposed to be surveyors. the newest update from them is that they won't pay for anything now and we are having to go through the ombudsman. absolute joke of a company, DO NOT USE. has absolutely ruined my partners first buying experience. they don't care about their customers at all, you'd be better off with a bigger company who has a complaints team for when things go wrong because these are an absolute shambles.
