I run my own commercial estate agency, M&P Property Consultants. Flint Bishop acting on behalf of Next Energy have decided to place an unpaid energy bill in the name of my firm as opposed to a tenant / landlord of a retail unit within a shopping centre who is responsible for the property. We have repeatedly advised this debt isn't ours, we are neither the landlord nor the previous tenant. They have been advised of this on numerous occasions, yet continue to chase/threaten my firm with legal action, threatening to affect the credit rating of my firm. Extremely unprofessional, they need to be sure of their facts before they send out letters to innocent parties.

unsympathetic to people’s personal lives and how it effects being able to pay a debt (a debt which isn’t my fault), basically being accused of lying regards to the issues in my personal life, left crying on the phone to these people on more than one occasion, i have been continually harassed, i was called 18 times in the space of 2 minutes, the staff are rude and arrogant, i don’t know how anyone could work for a debt collectors, especially as these are over paid wages and not my fault, making people’s lives a misery.
