Never again! Prices sound great but I too had a cancellation. Now 6 months and still waiting for refund. Im in the flight game and there is no way refunds through IATA take this amount of time. Shoukd be barred from trading. ABTA or IATA need to get on top of this organisation

Tickets said I was entitled to a voucher if I cancelled when I was booking online. Later I was told the tickets were non-refundable. Do not use this company. Now you cannot say you were not warned.

Flight Network UK trading as Gotogate. They cancelled my return flight due to their admin error and did not inform me. I found out when trying to check in for it! So, I paid the airline over the counter again to return home. Upon my return, I sent everything to Gotogate who bounced me around their Helpdesk for four months. No apology, no ownership, just lies about the reasons why. So I took them to court - and won. This company does not care about customer service and does not own or resolve problems until they are confronted with the possibility of a court asking them questions. Anyone can make a mistake but it is how you resolve it that makes all the difference.

Absolutely a scam. Do not book with them at all. They will take your money and keep you bouncing from one agent to another within customer service without solving your issue at all. If I could I'd give negative stars.
