I have ordered two heaters from them on the figuuro.nl ( dutch version of .com) on arrival the one of the them were damages, and both have UK plug!. they said the mentioned that in the title , may be on UK version but not in Dutch version of site! not they are telling me responsibility of returning them back to UK lies with me! sure, I have paid 31 euro return cost because UK is not part of EU no more. but the way they are doing is business is not worth to buy from them. They did not hear first listen to customer and solve it they just to be always right! if you ordering from continent DONT DO IT!
