    I attended FDW in June 2022 shortly after a major package holiday airline opened their recruitment. The day was awesome with Andrew who was very experienced with knowing what current airlines want to see in their interviews and how to be able to present yourself in the best way in order to gain the job you want. After three years at my airline, I had become rusty with airline interviews so I decided to go to FDW after hearing fantastic reviews. The day did not disappoint and it was extremely useful to learn about Andrews case study and be in the group exercise. Andrew is very good at mentoring and developing your interview skills throughout the day. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to get an aviation job, whether fresh out of flight school or with a few years like myself at an airline and looking for greener pastures. Why spend £70k to £100k on flight training, then fail at the interview as you do not understand how to sell how fantastic you are?
