Mustafa was the agent who hurriedly said to pay 100pounds deposit so I secure my booking for a fare to Lagos on Air France 0n the 30th of March. Immediately I paid I asked for my booking reference number only to be told there is no booking until the 6th of May. I called Air France they confirmed there was no booking. I asked why i needed to wait for the 6th of May. There might be no seats by then or the fares will certainly go up by then. They don't tell you the truth, they just want your deposit and that is it. I asked for my deposit back but Mustafa kept promising me he has issued the refund and that i should wait for an email that never came. He kept pushing the date forward all the time. Two months now and no deposit. now Mustafa doesn't even reply my email. If I call they will definitely tell me he has left the company. Fake names, fake website, phony 5 star reviews. Please avoid these Scammers! Google needs to take their website down so they stop scamming people

They do fake reviews so you get lured into buying tickets that don't exist, don't be fooled. you will never get a ticket and will loose your deposit. they shall get their reward soon for all those they have scammed, just watch!

There customer service one call Mustafa is doing miss selling of airline tickets and also promised me the I can end my holiday at any time but today he was been rude to me and left me into a big trouble in Africa. Some conversation are been recorded bcos I want to take action if am back in the uk

flightclicks and all its agent are fraud and scammers, especially a name by Ali Hamza, do not book flight with flightclicks, they arranged good reviews themselves, you will be scammed of your money and you will get no refund.

If there was less than one star option, I would give it for this shoddy, rude and totally unprofessional outfit. I only wish I had checked these reviews before booking. I booked a flight, and the day before I was due to pay the balance, Flight Clicks called to say my flight had been cancelled. I was put through to ticketing and was offered alternative flight (or rather I should say seat, as flight itself did not appear to be cancelled) at almost twice the price and more. I said that I would prefer to be refunded and the reply was no, because they ere offering an alternative. The chap was extremely rude and put the phone down on me.
