My partner joined flexi learning to prepare for B2 English and life in uk. We deliberately planned this early in the Visa renewal cycle in case retakes would be needed. But we had not reckoned with the excellent support from the tutor Shafika and the flexi learning centre. Both tests were passed first time. And now we can relax knowing we have everything in place for the visa settlement application. Thankyou Shafika. Thankyou Flexi Learning. And to add that winter offer of “buy four sessions get four sessions free” meant we could get both exams wrapped up at same time.

I gave you a one star review due to the way you're teaching. I didn't really appreciate the way you taught me, you were so rude and harsh the way you teach. When I was there taking your class you handled me so poorly that it traumatized me untill now, I just can't move on, it lingers on my mind. You made my self confidence very low that I was so scared to talk to my family and friends that I might commit mistakes in speaking English. Over all I think you have a attitude problem that you took it all out to me your frustrations on that day. I will take the exam without your help ma'am, I regret taking your class. I'm not sensitive as what you've said I just feel that I was not treated right. Anyways thank you! GOD SPEED! PS.This is me Anna by the way. I am German, worked as an au pair in London and didn't hardly speak English. So I signed up for courses and after a short interviews I was put into C1 which was far above my level. I was immediately charged a high fee even before I had attended a single class. The learning experience was disastrous and a refund was denied. I didn't come back and signed up elsewhere.
