If I could leave no stars I would. Rude customer service and very unprofessional. We bought a lpg water heater and it was never made clear at the time of ordering if the wether gets cold you need a frost protection kit. When the boiler then froze itself after fitting they then request charging you £80 for the bit to prevent it freezing that should be included in the parts you need when they sell the boiler.

They really know their stuff and care about their customers. Great old fashioned service! I bought a multipoint lpg gas boiler and can fill a roll top Bath with steaming hot water up the garden. Fab! Defective boiler Ordered and installed a oil boiler which from the outset it didn't work properly and required parts to be delivered from Italy then installed by my plumber all at my cost. Don't expect any compensation or assistance from this company. Their customer service might be acceptable but after sale they are not interested and you are fobbed off by their terms and conditions. BUYER BEWARE if anything goes wrong and the product that does not have a UK support team like most boilers sold in the UK do, you will be PAYING YOUR OWN PLUMBER to carry out the repairs. my advise go somewhere else where they actually have said after sales support.

I asked about a quote for one of their heaters, and I had the worst experience with customer service ever! No "Good evening", No "thank you for your email", or whatever, they just replied with "Lyuben , Why haven’t you filled our contact form ? on our website We need to know what country you are from ? We don’t quote anyone until we have this information – please let us know Kind regards" And when I replied that I was not happy with their response, they became even more ridiculous! Totally refused to give me a quote because "I got them wrong"... I run two businesses and never allowed myself or anyone from my employees to behave so disrespectfully with customers, even by email. If you are a pest control business owner and looking for heating machines, definitely avoid this company!
