    In hospitality sector, guest’s comfort level should be of the upmost importance but unfortunately that was absolutely NOT what my parents and I experienced with Flexi-Lets. I booked it for 97 days for my old parents well in advance, but they terminated the contract early without any reason and put my parents in trouble. Apartment key was given to my parents without making sure that it was in a good condition to stay. Basic health & safely and hygiene related things were not in good state. Toilet Flush, Shower, Smoke Detector, one of the radiators, extractor fans in the toilets, few lights were not working. Dishwasher was not working properly as well. Moreover, some items were promised but not provided initially. Overall NOT at all happy with Flexi-Lets. Rude and disrespectful behaviour of the Flexi-Lets staff, especially seniors.
