Cannock Gates Ltd needed to replace a 15 year old Bendi. We had a demo of both the Flexi and the Bendi, with the Flexi being clearly the better forklift for our application. The salesman was very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell and more importantly did not 'dis' the competition. Found the Flexi to be overall well built, high quality with better visibility through the mast. The Bendi had pipes hanging between the chassis and the front turning section which will in my opinion certainly not last. There was no difference to our operation as a result of the rear wheel driven Bendi vs the front wheel driven Flexi, may affect others who operate outside in the wet. We were unsure about the C-shape cab on the Flexi because the operators felt more exposed. This was remedied with some front post sections fitted for free by Flexi. Our operators are very happy.
