    I attended Flex Massage Therapy for a full body massage as a birthday treat. I had alot of tension in my body caused by stress and anxiety especially in my shoulders and upper back. This was my first visit and definitely needed. The premises are beautiful and welcoming The massage room is pristine , warming and with a relaxing and wholesome atmosphere. You are able to leave the world at the door and enjoy the safe haven of peace and relaxation. Kerry is a kind , wonderful lady and an absolute delight. Kerry was very thorough and professional explaining the process of what she would do and very attentive to my needs and the goals for the session and preferences for the massage also. The massage was absolutely wonderful, I was able to unwind and was completely at ease the entire time. The aroma from the lotions used were divine and I left feeling lighter and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Kerry and her services to anyone, self care is so important and Kerry is the absolute best as a provider for this.
