I do not normally leave reviews. But feel strongly enough to break tradition. Need to reach out with reassuring words of advice based upon 18-months using Flex Fitness Gym Birmingham. A great gym with lots to offer. With easy Direct Debit monthly payment. Flex has Fresh new cardio equipment as well as iron work equipment. (Not really my bag) I have read some of the reviews here and will say I have NEVER experienced any negativity at Flex, all the equipment are kept spotlessly clean, staff have always been pleasant and come across like they actually really care. From day 1, I have been made to feel very welcomed. There are a number of friendly approachable personal trainers which I also am more than happy to recommend. Flex Fitness 100% Recommend. Joined this gym recently. The Direct debit is £19.99 per month (no contract). The equipment is top stuff. Hammer strength, Life fitness, Primal strength, Technogym machines, mix of all sorts for all gym users. Good staff, Clean gym, Great atmosphere and everything is set out in order to use. Spectacular!
