I have been getting my tools from F&N since 1988 when I started the piano course at the LCF with Malcolm McKeand but I have recently had problems with the quality of the Steinway pattern star tuning heads bought for my students and for myself. I was even more disappointed with being totally ignored and made fun of after complaining about this to F&N. I'm not sure where to go now for more Steinway pattern levers and heads because Heckshers have closed down and I should resume my tuning lessons after the pandemic
