I've visited this location twice. A small, opulent boutique hotel in a prime location. Despite being modest, the rooms are fully equipped. I had a restful night's sleep thanks to the lovely bed and blankets. There is a fantastic assortment of food in the breakfast section. The concierge staff was really friendly and provided me with some great travel tips. I adore this location because it's so close to trains and buses that go everywhere in town. Additionally, the area is calm and safe. But with luxury comes cost and this one was not easy to find under 500£ a day, but on this trip we were able to find it at 370£ a night on Locktrip, which is the best deal we have found so far. We also used this L2M5Y discount to get it even cheaper enjoy!😍

We’ve stayed for 4 nights in April 2023. The location was perfect as it is close enough to the Green Park, Hyde Park and many other places to visit. Every staff was very friendly and breakfasts were also good. I would definitely stay here again when I will be there in London again.

My wife and I stayed for a night, as we only had 24 hours in London. Overall the rooms were nice. The bedding should be replaced as it does not breathe well and the mattresses are pretty hard. The location was marvelous as it was very close to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and Westminster. Ormer Mayfair Restaurant had a wonderful breakfast!

Superb 5* Hotel - THE place to be in London!! The Flemings Mayfair Hotel is a gem located in the heart of London, close to most attractions, just 3' walking distance to the tube. The two bedroom suite I stayed had all the comforts, luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, the gin bar is a nice touch! What actually makes this property stand out is the excellent service by all staff members, the General Manager and his team do great job and make all guests feel like home. The bellboy even helped me with my luggage until the tube station! The breakfast is delicious and the waiters remembered my coffee on the 2nd day. I highly recommend this luxurious hotel for a memorable stay in London!!

We had a miserable experience at Flemings. The first 24hrs of our five night stay was lovely- our room was ready early, they provided us coffee while we briefly waited, the staff was very kind, we ADORED our executive king room (room 224)! Our stay was in celebration of my birthday, and my husband had asked for a stunning floral arrangement and champagne. Fast forward a little over 24hrs, our second day there- came the incident. Apparently, the vase of flowers in our room that my husband requested and the hotel arranged mysteriously broke while housekeeping was there. Mind you! We were not notified or made aware of the broken glass in our room- we walked through the lobby and up to our room. Immediately I noticed the flower vase was different; I thought to myself, how nice they must have changed the water for me. As I took a closer look, I noticed there was streaks of liquid beneath the glass of the desk which the flowers sat on; maybe it was cleaning product residue I thought. Curious, I began to pick up what we had left sitting on the desk - all SOAKED - personal birthday cards from friends and family I hadn’t read yet, a Bluetooth speaker, mementos from the trip so far! We opened the drawers of the desk- water everywhere, on leather belts, leather watch, chargers. As I snatched up my sopping wet jewelry box with my pearls from my mother (yes, pearls that are NOT supposed to get wet!), a shard of glass cut me. It was absolutely H O R R I B L E. The manager immediately insisted on us upgrading rooms, however we had plans in less than an hour of the incident and truly did not want it to spoil our trip. So we kept our shoes on in our own room and got ready. I was personally in tears, knowing those kinds words from friends and family I’d never read and the sentimental jewelry which now needed maintenance. We left for our evening and did not see the manager or concierge in the lobby. Upon our return back from our evening, we were instructed to pack up our things and the front desk would move them to the new room. The new room was a literal dungeon. I thought to myself, this has got to be a joke. Our apologetic “upgrade” was a musty basement room with windows looking at a concrete wall. For your own sake, do not book a studio suite (room 77)! Better yet, definitely make an effort to request no room on the same level as the gym. The smell alone the entire way down the hallway, I don’t understand how they’ve allowed that experience for their guests. From that point forward, we wanted to be in the hotel as little as possible. I mean seriously, who wants to spend time in a musty basement facing a concrete wall and constantly hearing the sounds and rumbling of the tube and be awoken by staff coming in early morning? For the next four days/nights, not a single staff member EVER checked in with us to see how we were enjoying our stay. I’m so disappointed in Flemings and how the situation was handled. The whole incident could have and should have been managed very differently. During our check out, we saw the manager for the first time since our initial encounter. They comped the flowers (the ones that didn’t see the light of day) and our champagne (that we left in the fridge - there was no way we were sticking around our hotel room long enough to enjoy it). We expressed to him our distaste for our experience at the hotel and he offered 20% off for our next visit. My honest response was a sardonic laugh. We left. He totally missed the point. Flemings failed us in every aspect of hospitality. The way this situation was handled by no means says five star hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in this area, let alone across the street, that I will be visiting before I make a return to Flemings.
