I always try to use this taxi company when I finish work to get myself home but today I was shocked! I had ordered a taxi around 2pm for 3pm, came 2:50pm and I called them up to cancel the taxi as I didn’t need it in the end however I then get told that I’m no longer aloud to book any more taxis with this company due to the taxi having already arrived. But when I went outside to check there was no taxi in sight I even looked down the street but nothing. The man that was on the phone was extremely rude and even hung up on me when I expressed my deepest apologies for the late notice. I will no longer use this company and I would like the man that I was on the phone with dealt with as he was extremely rude to me, I’m just a young woman! Update: I’m very happy with the response from this company and happy with the outcome. I got a free single use ride from work back home, the manager was such a lovely gentleman and I did apologise again for the previous issue that I’ve stated. Had a lovely chat as well with him, overall AMAZING COMPANY! :)
