Was seen by Dr William Cave. Charming, with excellent bedside manner. He is a doctor who inspires confidence. Helped with a rapid diagnostic and also had a penicillin prescription available on-site, to avoid a separate trip to a pharmacy. Recommended.

Unacceptably poor level of service from the medical staff. Medical gaslighting, would not recommend to any patients with Long Covid or other chronic health conditions. Not a reflection on the reception staff who were polite and helpful. [Edit] I note the response to this review by a what appears to be a negligent medical practitioner with no experience treating ME patients. It is a testament to this doctor’s ignorance they have not used this as an opportunity to up-date their medical knowledge. I have since had the treatment I was seeking elsewhere, to great benefit. This was administered by a doctor who noted the test results I produced indicated the treatment was suitable. A complaint to the relevant medical oversight authority is forthcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment at Fleet Street! The Reception Staff were kind and welcoming. My nurse was patient and gentle with my treatment.
