I’m grateful to staff here for always giving the best options for postage. Especially with prices going up 😅 Not a massive post office, but they cope well. Just expect a slightly longer wait at times, they have a lot to deal with

Went in to send off passport, useless woman didn't know how to do it, said I had to wait 45 minutes for someone else. Whilst waiting, I watched her make mistakes with other customers, so rude and miserable, needs sacking before she makes a big mistake!!!!

I went to a money transfer service here and after going back I detected an invalid recipient name so went back there again asking for advice on what I should do but the old lady kept scolding me. and said it wasn't her fault, so i said it was my fault for not checking carefully but i don't want to say who is wrong or right all i need is advice on what to do next. But what she replied was that she didn't know anything. I feel very bad and I don't want to use the service here anymore.

Appalling. 30 post office customers. 0 shop customers. 3 members of staff in addition to the one on the shop till. Do you know what makes sense? 1 of 4 post office desks open. Other two staff wheeling out bottles of Oasis from the stock room to refill the already full shelves. Baffled. Felt like I was in an experiment.

Absolutely shocking that Royal Mail puts its name to this post office! Friday lunch time post office closed with flimsy message that they took lunch! The other day they were gossiping in front of customers about their private lives and people were waiting like idiots in a massive line! Shocking customer service, incompetent team members!
