If you don’t know about cars, don’t buy from them! We had a horrible experience, bought a car that instantly overheated, turns out it wasn’t checked appropriately before being sold. Coolant was getting consumed quickly. They tried to “fix” it a couple of times. We demanded money back within 30 days, but they wouldn’t give the full refund. We lost £200 pounds, full tank of fuel worth £100 and missed a holiday because of the breakdown. This £200 was for use of the car, which is ironic since it was unusable (or not in our driveway) for most of the 1 month we owned it. Getting the refund was a battle and the whole experience was very stressful. Citizens advice bureau were helpful and reported them to trading standards for us.

Absolute delight to deal with a decent , honest, straight forward car dealer. There’s very few around!!!! Found the car we wanted advertised on web site after searching for two months for the exact car we wanted in the condition and milage required and drove up to Fleet from Bournemouth to view. Very easy to find, 2 mins from the M3. Met Ricky ( whom I think is the proprietor). Extremely helpful and polite, straight forward and honest. We did a discounted deal that I’m very happy with and the car is great Really can’t recommend highly enough Wish you every success Regards Chris & Ana
