We are group of friends and have been coming to the Flaxman centre for about 4years. Every week we book 3squash courts as it’s our Social night with squash so we pay 36£ weekly there, which is absolutely fine, we know it’s not a fancy gym. The team working there is absolutely amazing except, there is a guy Kevin. Who is absolutely unprofessional and literally being rude to us. We were very nice to him, but he never says hello to us. The moment you arrive you’re greeted with a very cold attitude and it takes away the joy of our evening. It has got to the point that even if Flaxman is the most convenient for our group in terms of the location, we are now looking to move our squash games to a different centre. So thanks Kevin hopefully you will finally be happy! I had to write it here as I feel like it’s a shame and putting all the hard work of the staff members in bad light for one rotten apple. I run business myself and happy customer communication is a must! I would never let anyone like that to be the person people meet when they walk in.

We go there for Taekwando classes for kids. Dont know much about gym itself. Looks very clean. Only downside i experienced that i had to wait about 5-10mins for someone to come to reception even after ringing a bell. When i needed to reful water fir kids i couldnt find water fountain as it was hidden in the corner.
