Have had Scott & his team round for the best part of 4 weeks on my garden conversion…..I hope the photos do it justice, (before & after they should show) A very friendly, skilful, trustworthy, hardworking bunch of lads & nothing is to much trouble (especially when it must be at times), had to make some changes as the job went along and they are all more than willing to help/offer advice etc And as for Scott, he always answers the phone (which plenty of people don’t do) even though I didn’t have to ring him to often for updates/info as he was always on the ball with everything and keeping me updated…:. I will be getting them round for some other work soon so that should tell anyone all they need to know about Flawless…..top lads…. Service: Landscaping maintenance

Called on a Friday to ask if they could come round for a quote. No answer so sent a text which we had no reply to. Called again on Tuesday and was told they didn’t get a text and would come at 9am Saturday. At 8am Saturday we text to check Scott was still coming, no reply. Called at 8:30, no answer. He called at 9am and said “I completely forgot about you, it’s not in my diary. What’s the address? I’ve just woke up. Can we do tomorrow at 12”. Whilst in the phone I asked if he was getting my husbands texts and he said no several times… then he read out all the texts my husband had sent, including our address. I then text him from my phone and my husband’s to say “just to confirm, see you tomorrow at 12”, which he replied to. Stayed home waiting Sunday. Text at 11:30, no reply. Called at 12:10 & 12:30, no answer. Hasn’t called or text with an apology for wasting our time. Completely unprofessional.
