Is looking a bit tired these days and the shelves are quite bare. The smaller trollies need updating. I'm not a fan of the new layout strategy; for example booze next to the butter and so on. Also the weekly vouchers used to be mostly based on the products I regularly bought and now they seem somewhat random.

Drove 40 minutes (each way) to buy some Essential Waitrose Sensitive Laundry Detergent, but the shelf was empty. The lady went to look, but couldn't find any. What a waste of time. Not impressed.
