Doesn't need words to describe how good Richard is at his work, all 5 stars in Google reviews, that says everything. We needed an urgent job done to mount a new Sony 65 inch TV, he was the only one who was willing to take the job at Friday night in a short notice and arrived within one hour after we spoke on the phone. He was polite, patient and really took the time to ensure the job was done correctly. He spent nearly two hours in my house including doing the initial settings on my TV but only charged for one hour. He also tidied up everything after job so no big mess was left behind. I will have no hesitation to call him again for other jobs.
