What an excellent service. Spoke with Dominic directly and he was extremely helpful. I confirmed the order with him on the Monday and received the screen on the Thursday. I'm very happy with the product, easy to apply and does the job perfectly giving me piece of mind. I foster cats therefore cannot let them out whilst they are waiting to find their new home, this screen gives me the confidence knowing they are safe inside whilst getting fresh air into the room. Ordered 3 standard window protectors. I phoned Flat cats as I got no email confirmation of order, I was worried I had sent my money to a scammer! Anyway all was good, had a lovely chat with a kind gentleman who confirmed the order had landed with them, they don't send an email till the orders been checked so don't panic! They located my order and promised it would be in Friday nights post, which they did as my package arrived Saturday morning :) thrilled with the customer service and order. Took about 5 mins to put all 3 up and they feel safe and secure. Can't wait for a cool breeze tonight!
